Yes, you read that title right, I don’t think it could get any simpler than 2 ingredients. By the way, I am so excited it’s Friday..even though I barely got anything completed on my to do list for this past week I have a fun weekend ahead and than Monday I am off to Hawaii with my honey. I don’t think I’ve made anything easier in my life then these tasty fudge squares. There is so much you can do with them too, change up the frosting flavor and a chocolate chip flavor of your choice then throw in walnuts and you’ve got yourself another variation of this fudge recipe. I couldn’t let the summer end without posting a fudge recipe on TNM, I am bummed to say I didn’t have any boardwalk fudge this summer but the one I made myself topped all of the ones I’ve ever had in the past. Who knew fudge was this easy to make?
- Yo will need:
- 1 8 X 8 greased pan

- 1 bag of semisweet chocolate chips
- Directions
- Melting your chocolate chips however you please (I melted mine in a bowl on top of a pot with boiling water in it)
- Once your chips are just about melted, microwave your tub of buttercream frosting for 20-30 seconds
- Combine your melted chocolate and tub of frosting together
- Pour into a greased 8 X8 pan
- Refrigerate for 45 minutes to an hour
