Delicious Chicken Roll Ups

Lately I have been addicted to Pinterest, while browsing I came across this recipe and decided to try it. I am always looking for quick & easy recipes to add to my weekly dinner rotation.

You will need:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled & shredded
  • 1 packages crescent rolls (6)
  • Cream Cheese (8oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mexican or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Unroll crescent rolls onto baking sheet
  3. Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese & ranch seasoning mix in a bowl until combined
  4. Spoon onto crescent rolls
  5. Roll up crescent rolls and make sure they are sealed around the chicken mixture
  6. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown
