This recipe was inspired by Buckeye Peanut Butter Truffles, well more like I ran out of time. Instead of coating the truffle completely with chocolate I drizzled it over the bite size treat.
You will need:
- 1 cup pretezels
- 1 tbs unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbs light brown sugar
- 3 tbs powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions:
- Place pretzels in a small ziplock bag and crush into small pieces
- Combine the pretzels, butter, peanut butter, brown sugar & powdered sugar until well blended
- Form mixture in 2 tsp size balls and place on wax paper tray
- Melt 1 cup milk chocolate chips in microwave, 30 second increments & 50% power
- Refrigerate 20-30 minutes & Enjoy!

This is a great sweet and salty treat. I did add extra pretzels because my mixture was still a bit wet. Thanks for the idea.
