Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

I absolutely love how easy this recipe is and I feel like it screams “dessert for breakfast.” Doesn’t any dessert with cream cheese in it make it totally ok to eat for breakfast? I highly recommend serving them while they are hot but don’t worry, you can always heat them up in the microwave for a few seconds if they have cooled.

You will need:

  • 1 can Seamless Crescent Rolls
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • 1 8oz Package of Cream Cheese-room temperature
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 C Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla until smooth
  2. Unroll the seamless crescent roll dough into a triangle
  3. Spread the cream cheese over the crescent roll dough
  4. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top of the cream cheese
  5. Roll the crescent roll dough up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap
  6. Chill overnight
  7. Once chilled preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  8. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  9. Slice the cookie log and place cookies on cookie sheet
  10. Bake 10-12 minutes or until they start to become golden brown on top
  11. Cool & Enjoy!
