Spicy Crab Cups

This is one of my favorite appetizers to make. Crab is always a hit, especially living in Maryland! This recipe is almost like sushi but without the rice. Enjoy!

 

WM28You will need:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup crab meat
  • 1 tsp brown mustard
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3scallions chopped
  • Paprika

Directions:

  1. Slice cucumbers
  2. Scoop out the inside leaving the walls and bottom intact
  3. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, crab meat, chopped chives, brown mustard & hot sauce with a fork until well combined
  4. Salt & Pepper to taste
  5. Fill each cup with crab dip and refrigerate until ready to serve
