No Bake Energy Bites

I absolutely love recipes that start with the words “no bake.” They are especially great when you’re in need of a tasty treat and don’t have a lot of time on your hands.

Sorry I didn’t get around to posting a recap of our busy day on the island. I will definitely have one for you on Monday though.

Now onto these quick and easy No Bake Energy Bites

  14. What are the benifits of flax seeds can i use anything else as a substitute?

    • I use it because it’s a great source of fiber, it also helps to hold the No Bake Energy Bites together. I’m sure you could find something else similar to that like chia seeds. -Doree
