Red Velvet Cupcakes

With Labor Day Weekend approaching quickly, I knew I needed a yummy recipe for the blog. We have a BBQ to attend on Labor Day and I have been really thinking hard about what I can bring. The more I thought about it I decided on Red Velvet Cupcakes. When I think Labor Day I think of red, white and blue so instead of chocolate chips on top you could also add some blueberries and call it a day!
