  1. My favorite cookies are butter cookies. I’m going to pin this recipe and thanks for sharing.

  2. Doree–favorite cookie recipe? It’s a toss up. We have longstanding Christmas Cookie traditions – my mom’s sugar cookies, in Christmas cookie cutter shapes and colors, and butter cookies, which we make with a cookie press. Sprinkles go on both! And then we make a chocolate chip cookie with oatmeal that the Washington Post attributed to Hillary Clinton. We call them our Clinton cookies. All three have gotten rave reviews every time we’ve shared them. Hope your holidays are cookie baking are wonderful!

I’ve never made snickerdoodles before. Mine arent as flat as the ones depicted, but rather fluffy. Is that normal..??

    • I would say it just all depends on how you form the dough before you put the cookie sheet in the oven. As long as they taste good then that is all that matters 🙂 Have a great weekend!! -Doree
